Our principal home designer is John Fleck. John has been employed as Vice President of Production with several custom and production builders in the Columbus, Ohio area. In each project he brings a wealth of knowledge about the changing home market and an understanding of the current desires of buyers. With over 20 years experience in estimating and design, he understands the home from the builder's perspective.  That perspective enables John to provide construction documents that simplify the tradesman’s job while providing a finished product that pleases the home owner.
